This is all according to plan. We'll keep being pure green until about 1-2 weeks after the December FOMC. At this point the pivot narrative (that slowing rates == a pivot somehow, even though all possible tightening cycles involve a slowdown in rate hikes at some point) will be fully digested, and people will move on to the next part of the cycle: a higher terminal rate for longer. This is going to be hard for people to endure as it robs the market of what it's addicted to, which is news events / price catalysts. H1 2023 is going to be meeting after meeting of the fed saying they're not hoking and they're not lowering, and that they don't know when it'll be appropriate to break trend and start dropping rates again. Market will get spooked not knowing if they're going to need to wait 3 months or 18 months before their next cocaine infusion and we'll see slow capitulation/bleedout over at least all of H1 23, as well as H2 23 if the fed hasn't lowered by then.

Go giga long til EOY then stay in sideline cash for the next 6 months. DCA through the period if staying in dry powder makes you too itchy.
