Everyone sitting in LINK was in a mexican standoff waiting for the first guy to blink and market sell their stack ahead of the staking deadline. Everyone knows it's a sell the news event. Now the china thing is precipitating the first dumps and everyone else is following suit. Staking is going to come and go now, LINK will be $5.75 or whatever, people will realize staking changed literally nothing and all the momentum will be gone again. It'll trade as high beta ETH again for the next 3 years until the next conference or whatever makes it go +15% on the LINKETH pair for a week or so before continuing its grind towards zero.
