there are Y reasons(war in ukraine, chip shortage, supply chain) and other yada yada. But the fact is that assets cost twice,

2. Asset holders and in people in debt benefit(debt devaluation) but there should be significant proportion of people(i.e. who can't afford real estate anymore(i.e. 50% in germany rent) that should not be okay with this. But everybody is ok. why ?
