Have you guys ever given deep thought to the nature of Satoshi? I have. He didn't seek wealth fame or power and only wanted to turn the tides against the centralized banking scam. He had all of these gifts, obtained through hard work, and used them to help his fellow man selflessly. I get deeply upset when I think about how I can never thank him.

Most of the funding for Crypto comes from the NSF, the National Science Foundation.

The way Lowery describes it specifically is in the same way the internet was built as a weapon, nuclear deterrence requires the ability to strike back after a nuclear strike, internet and bitcoin are effectively nuclear attack resistant and therefore could be considered weapons that shift the balance of nuclear deterrence

He also notes that Bitcoin, like the Roman roads, enables trade with enforcable rules (software) and a 'military' expending energy to maintain adherence to those rules (nodes... but rather than kinetic energy they are expending electrical energy)
