Since I started working from home I only shower and brush my teeth two or three times a week. If I didn’t have to go into the office on Wednesdays I probably would be even worse. I’m 34 and have no fillings, not sure how I get away with it to be hones.

I routinely just nap on the couch during my shift, I set my alarm for fifteen minutes but that turned into two hours yesterday.

I do shower far less than I used to now that I'm 100% remote but you're really not supposed to shower every day anyway. You need to brush your teeth though anon. Doesn't it start to feel funky after a while?

Completely. I struggle to shower twice a week. The only reason I change shirts now is because my latest job wants people on camera and I don't want them seeing me in the same shirt everyday. Eventually someone will notice.

I was unemployed for 6 months earlier this year, first 2 months were great but then i got into a downward spiral, every day was the same and i barely had any social contact.
