>get on freelance site and get a bunch of good gigs
>this goes on for awhile then I realized it's boring.
>hire Indian to do my work for me
so is there a way I could get in legal trouble for this?

I know the site could ban me and i dont care about that, but could i be criminally prosecuted?

I still look over all the work/projects in great detail to make sure the client will be happy and make my portfolio look good

So long as you are sufficiently vague about who actually writes the code you are fine. You only start getting into trouble when you misrepresent things to the customer.

Unless there is a clause that you specifically have to do the work and not just oversee it in I don’t see it being illegal, and most likely it would just be breach of contract if there’s an NDA that you signed and the poo did not. Most vendors do this but they have their subcontractor also sign an nda to them. Just go pro and get a business license to sort it out.

I'd say then 6k warrants a professional overview of the IT employment agency you have started to build.
It also warrants a professional overview of the terms on fiver, but as someone who has never dealt with them one minute, I think it will be okay, you end-review it.
Good for you that you're paying the Indians well, they'll be grateful I bet

eurofag. OP is probably in US. why would the feds investigate some dude on upwork? the only thing that would happen is if upwork wanted to take action from a potential breach of TOS, but they won't because they benefit, and OP is just a drop of water in a pool.

I only take people on that complete tasks for me, it's like an internship. So I only hire men who I respect as programmers, as in I know they are way better than me.

Either this is a gay larp or it was years ago. These sites are so flooded with third-worlders now who work practically for free, that the term “good gig” doesn’t even exist on these freelancer sites.

Oh god we are the same. I was earning thousands every month by self taught greyhat/blackhat for years and had a part time job I could leave whenever I wanted. I made so much money on certain forums for coding specific tools and selling my services that I could comfortably live just sitting on the computer all day. Now I have a help desk job and indeed these fucking old redneck deathbed faggot boomers cant spend 5 minutes creating an email because they have brain worms.
