I don't exactly have a solution, but I've been working through some things that might help. I end up retreating a lot to a study room that I more or less live in now. I am trying to plan vacations for myself and calling them "business trips" and I started fasting and exercising within this study room just to lose weight. I've realized I like the social validation from other women regardless of whether I will sleep with them. Financially I have put my wife on a budget with credit card limits and I work from home.

I would genuinely like to connect with you if you're ok with that. I don't know many people in this situation from here.

Just want to point out that it is entirely possible for two brown eyed people to have blue eyed children; eye color is a bit more complicated than simple recessive/dominant traits, but generally if someone has genes for both brown & blue eyes they will have brown eyes, but still be able to pass on the blue eyed genes. So if both you and your wife have recessive blue eyed genes, your child would have a decent shot of being blue eyed.
