Wagies unironically deserve all the "stress" given to them. Used to work at sbux, hated almost every single one of my coworkers' interactions. Truly embarrassing. Absolutely zero communication with the customer about where to scan card, where to pick up drinks, how long until the order is out, confirmation of order, whether they're ready or not to take your order. On top of that they'll fuck up your drink or take shortcuts that ruin quality. If they mess up they won't prioritize your remake. There is absolutely no excuse. I don't care if the manager is shitty and doesn't enforce order. In the absence of leadership you Shepard yourself. The only thing I could do was lead by example and fix problems that I could. Managers get in trouble by regionals if they get too many dissatisfied customers or have a shitty times regarding getting food to customers. It's not as simple as "work comfortably". Some managers are just shitty act authoritarian as their leadership style. Yelling, threatening, or even getting physical to push you to preform better. There are good managers who can achieve performance by way of their leadership ability, but they are far and between.

I don't have a schedule. I wake up early, go walking every day (I live in a nice area, this is one of the best aspects of my life rn), spend time shopping for groceries and preparing healthy meals (low carb/keto). I have a few hobbies like making synth music, but apart from working out, I am not very disciplined and have to be honest I don't achieve much. My biggest achievement is that I'm in good shape and mostly in a positive and calm mood.
I hated working, it just doesn't sit right with me that my labor enriches another more than it does me and I feel pressure to laugh at the jokes of some asshole who owns the company. I'll live free and poor before I trade my soul, yes I would like more money but if I can find a way to consistently make $500-$2000 per month on top of the NEETbux and stack that, I'll be content.
I have no women, but I have had plenty in the past so I don't have the nagging sense of having to prove myself. I know what women are, they can be over there for now, or for ever, I'll just be over here doing my thing.

The system literally pushes them thru based on current lobby/dt order flow, meaning they delay them during busy times. The app tells you how long your order is expected to take. If you or your manager turns them off (same with Uber orders), hang yourselves. No customer should be promised the ability to mobile order per your store's page on the website and then not be able to. I hate that it's even an option to turn off
