These are the best. I believe that when we are finally vindicated we will be thankful for every last ounce we have. It will weigh heavy on the scale similar to someone being asked whether they would rather have 5AGEs or 6gold buffalos. Without much imagination we can see that the value of 6 ounces will be hard to top unless you want AGEs for fleeing the country. I think every time I buy a tube, skipping the state minted coins is going to the better deal once silver reaches its true price point. I like to juxtapose the price action of Rhodium and Pd with what could happen to silver, and at those higher prices the shear quantity will decide the winners and losers.

Those metals are so rare that paper manipulation of the price does not work and the resulting price action speaks for itself. Silver will most definitely see something similar, as will all commodities once the pent-up demand in the bond market is destroyed and is forced to seek a new home.
Your criticisms of comparing silver to other rare elements is valid, however the suppressed price of silver has us in a very serious supply crunch as we have not been developing enough silver capacity to meet the needs going forward. So given the demand of silver and the fact that we are sitting on the cusp of all kinds of new technologies as we plow ahead in the digital age, I would argue that silver is extremely rare given the plethora of applications it has. I think the higher pricing that is needed will have entire products simply disappear because they can only be profitably made with silver price suppression. Pair the industrial demand and the trillions of dollars worth of purchasing power floating around looking for a home I can easily see silver surpassing even the most wild-eyed silver bugs forecasts.

The evaluation of anything in the stock market including ETF's is more or less rigged and determined based on the phoney derivatives markets. When the global financial markets inevitably crash anything within that system will lose value as real decentralized assets such as precious metals as a base money;and privacy based cryptocurrencies as a means of remote transfer gain in value. You don't want to be on the losing side of this wealth transfer/Great Reset.

I can understand the prospect of investing in an ETF that has a dividend to compound your cash flow over time. However I'm extremely sceptical that any investment besides precious metals or crypto is going to do anything besides keep pace with the 'real' rate of inflation. For example over the last 50 years an investor would have been better off going all in on gold, which even when factoring in dividends outpaced the S@P. It took like 2 decades from 1970 for a stock investor to simply recoup the losses of that bear market. Gold is essentially where the smart money is period.

silver didnt become easier to mine, we just mine more of it now, usually through major mining as a byproduct material. To be honest i am not 100% sure why countries stopped using silver in every day currency (probably due to spot price out pacing the value stamped on coinage). Silver is still one of the most important metals out there for tech, and we are using more of it than we are mining currently though the numbers shift a lot.

Because paper fiat is fully controlled by decree and can be created or destroyed when desired. You should know by now this is all about societal control. Silver means no counter party risk, i.e. no state middleman. I watched the 1970's film Cromwell not too long ago and there was a piece of dialogue that made me realize why fiat exists. The King had to tell parliament to raise funds for war. That means if the treasury only has commodities it can run out of money. With fiat you can print to infinity and kick the monetary issues down the road. The more I learn about these sophisticated systems and their tricks the more I get disgusted by them as us plebs are nothing but livestock to fund the elite's agendas.

Ignorance is very much abundant in modern day 'society', which begs the questions as to how, or why the prevalence of stupidity is allowed to proper and multiply.

The true demoralizing fact is that the decline of humanity has been a long time coming. Very purposely from the education systems, the medical and food supply all have been systemically corrupted to reinforce the dumbing down of the average human; through psychological manipulation and the poisoning of almost every single person from birth. The goal is to make the average invalid to be mentally and physically weak, therefore easily controlled by the powers that should not be.

The names in that picture aren't always what they were called:
The Half Sovereign was traditionally called the 10 Shilling Coin (or more Colloquially the 10 Bob Coin) and the Quarter Sovereign is technically a Crown (£0.25 is a Crown), but since they never minted those back when Gold Circulated, I don't think they count as Crowns.
I think the Five Sovereign traditionally had the very creative name of "The Five Pound Coin", though I suppose you could call it a Fiver if you want.

Maybe you're understanding why nations are taking the opportunity to leave the petrodollar. We're a paper tiger and the world knows it.

And, by the way, the existing model for wiring of dollars would work just as well with physical gold or silver. I bring an ounce of gold to the Western Union office near me, give them the gold and the necessary info and the recipient, armed with the necessary password, picks up the gold at the Western Union office in Shanghai. Periodically, Western Union balances its gold reserves as needed by dispatching couriers to and from its various offices with physical gold. And every significant bank could do the same instantly with echecks drawn on physical gold deposits. Crypto fags think international gold transactions would have to rely on clipper ships carrying bags of gold back and forth across the ocean for every transaction. They forget that there was actually a gold-backed world currency until 1973 that was perfectly capable of handling massive volumes of international commerce very efficiently. I'm not anti-crypto. I just think the argument that only crypto works instantly at a distance is obviously wrong.

Can someone confirm to me, the only real point of gold is to literally barter it in the case of first collapse?
If you hold onto it for 10 years, and then try and cash it, history tells us it hardly keeps up with inflation, AND you gotta pay the tax man?
Theoretically you could use it for his and services transactions NOW, to avoid tax man?
But that's IT

As to your first point Venezuela is a good case study on modern gold barter, pic related

As far as escaping inflation that has more to do with currency collapse than anything else. World reserve currencies are cyclical, once it was the british pounr or the franc or whatever the fuck the dutch used. Each lasts abput 90 years and the dollar's deadline is up, but we're in an odd historical situation where as bad as the dollar is, there's no great alternatives, what with china circling the drain and the EU basically being dead.

Whatever happens, history will be made soon

The problems for silver began when government decreed bimetallism. That is governments pegged their currency to gold AND silver at a fixed ratio. So when the supply and demand for gold and silver moved relative to each other, Gresham's law went into effect and caused one or the other metal to be depleted. The correct answer was to stop pegging the values by law and just let the two metals (and other metals?) circulate freely as money and the market can adjust ratios as needed. In that way, changes in mining or discovery of new deposits of the metals would not matter. The market would just adjust the relative values. But because the enforced bimetallism had problems, and governments wanted to keep control of the currency, they began moving to a single metal standard and that metal was gold. No need for all the conspiracy stuff. Just simple supply and demand, Gresham's Law, and government lust for control.

What you think of the BRICS doesn't matter. What matters is what the world thinks of a gold-backed currency versus a shit-backed USD. I don't have to like Russia or trust China to use their gold-backed trade currency as long as it is redeemable in metal. And the reason the BRICS are likely to go that direction is because the one thing they all have is gold and a lot of it.

Gold and silver have been money for several THOUSAND years. Chances are pretty good that they will be again. And the Central Banks that are filling their vaults with gold are not betting on bartering in a Mad Max scenario. So what ARE they betting on? You might want to find out.
