this is because bahamians authorities wont let board members leave the country and quiet possibly prosecute them if they dobt make them whole. yet again they could have stood ground for user funds and taje it to court arguing every client has to get equal share of the remaining funds, and yet again they showed they have 0 regards for anyone but tgemselves in reality.
