Link broke an over 2 year downtrend against BTC from the previous blow off top of Link's first parabolic run when Link hit $20 & 170k sats, I'd say it's pretty significant and there's a good chance that Link begins a brand new parabolic run against BTC here

Chainlink has a delayed cycle to ETH like ETH had a delayed cycle to BTC as they started later with a more advanced tech.

We should be able to see Chainlink at least revisit its past ATH in the next 2 years and then go higher.
