Sold a GPU on eBay and the guy is a Jew from Israel. I look at his feedback and he bids on stuff, wins the item and 60% of the time doesn't pay for it. He just changes his mind and decides not to go through with the purchase at the sellers convenience. Long story short he paid for the GPU and I just didn't feel like sending him the GPU. To conclude, that is how you make money biz, you beat them at their own game.

If OP closes his bank account first, there's not much they can (or will) do outside of maybe sending him to collections, whom he can basically ignore if he so chooses.
