Theoretically speaking how difficult would it be to make a fake job contract to borrow money from a bank and fuck off?

Alternatively how much can I legally borrow in Western Europe while working a minimum wage job?

They will first send spooky letters.
Then they will send spooky letters that require a signature.
Then they will call you asking if you are interested in a payment plan.
If not possible they can lay claim to your belongings after a court case till debt and court fees plus interests are collected.

If the latter is going to happen they can go to social services.
There they will either offer you a negotiated payment plan.
Or you can go in what is called 'debt mediation' where a lawyer collects your welfare or your wage.
From this they will allot the bare minimum for you to survive (60 euros a week for groceries) and the rest goes to paying of your debt.

If you manage to do this nobody can touch you for 5 years.
And after that social services will do anything to persuade the people you still owe money to to leave you alone.

Should've gotten in the PPP loan scam two years ago. They were giving $50k loans to anyone with a registered business.

My friend made 300k from that, 1 dude in the group got a slap on the wrist, took the blame for the entire affair but everyone got to keep their money and they basically closed the file on the whole thing.
I don't understand how they didn't do literally any sort of accounting they just robotically went through and if they found bullshit companies they pulled them out and fined the applicants but never bothered to see how much had already gone out?!
