just did a bit of research, basically when someone sends eth it can take a while to transfer, and while its mid transfer its possible to grab it and redirect it into your wallet, so basically you just have to watch the ETH trades and try to intercept with your wallet instead
wrapping is a form of protection to stop this from happening but if they forget to wrap it then the transaction is public allowing it to be intercepted if you get there quick enough
