Well you could live in it for awhile but it might be pricey to pay for idk. I sold my grandpa's place and got a nice tiny house with decent sized land. He even had left me a letter talking about what he hopes I did with his house and in it he outright said I want you to sell if its worth more than $800k (it was worth 1.3mil) so I sold it and got a nice comfy place in a tiny out of the way town and just keep to myself and let my investments and passive work for me.
