I don’t feel bad for permenantly poor people. They have learned over their entire lives how to survive/raise families while being poor.
I feel bad for the upper middle class that is about to be catapulted into poverty over the next 10-15 years.
They have 0 poverty survival skills and will have to learn very VERY quickly with no real guidance.
I have eaten crumbs off my floorboard I was so hungry. How many of you can say the same? That’s not a flex, that’s a battle scar, and a reminder of how far I’ve come. I will always survive and be happy no matter how much money I have and that it arguably more valuable than any bank account
