I hope you’re right. I’ve got my life savings in this judge judy scamcoin.

I am one of the rare few who broadly believes in Kleros and considers it basically the only non-bullshit cryptocurrency use case and yet does not believe in PNK or the premise that game theoretic problems can always be solved with economic self-interest mechanisms. Unironically, the token, as it stands, is not required. It could and should be replaced with a non-speculable stablecoin-derived instrument.

This has always struck me as a really bizarre token. Like I just don't understand why some token tied to nothing is needed for this.

The condescending racism towards Indians baked into every 4chan board has always irked me. I suspect a lot of it stems from jealousy and resentment over how successful Indians have proved themselves in the American tech industry, at every level of the hierarchy. And the insults always amount to "lol you're poor and do not have access to a toilet, get fucking owned".

Also, the token is "tied" to arbitration court voting rights. (Unless you mean "backed", but then almost no token is ever backed by anything if it isn't a stablecoin or other sort of algorithmic coin.) But otherwise, I agree.

I doubt the judge judy stablecoin would remain stable if it is tied to voting right. Like man, if I could sentence someone to death holding 100 of these USD pegged purple faggot coins, I would pay 200 bucks for it unironically. Supply and demand, price cap doesn't really work. Beyond that, sybil attack and formability are some of things to be considered as well, it's not like we having this court forever.
An interesting sector to be explored nonetheless, i'd personally want to see a 1 token 1 account sbt court with proof of dox implemented for jurors chosen by vrf.
