You really think decentralization can win a financial war against the global economy? I don't. The world governments can simply ban any business or individuales from making payments in crypto, even from a CEX. All of the big countries are in lock step. The crypto dream is dead.

Decentralization is not in opposition to the global economy.
In fact, decentralization lends itself quite well to globalism. Just look at widespread adoption of crypto in black markets. Bitcoin is a means for anyone to conduct commerce with global society despite the efforts of a nation to insulate itself economically and culturally from the rest of the world.
Thanks to crypto, international drug distribution and human trafficking is no longer just a rich man's game.
You'll see the true power of decentralized currency once you can trade options contracts on kidnapped cunny and heroin.
