So by the the time you get your coins back - you always will, do you don't lose them - they may be worth .0001 again when, hypothetically, they were worth $1 etc. etc. In the case of LUNC a $1 moonshot is unlikely, I mean, it may happen overnight who fucking knows, but I have a feeling we will watch it happen over the course of weeks. But even so. If you stake all your coins, and then suddenly the price starts to rise, it may hit the top and go back down within 18 days or so, but you will have missed out due to staking.

The only thing you can do to "mitigate" this risk is stake half your stack so you can still have control over half your coins in the meantime.

Look into REITs and ETFs.
