Frenly reminder that the Papists are bailing on the global banking system and all associated Catholic organizations and institutions have been instructed to move all accounts to the Vatican Bank by September 30th. Global banking SHTF rugpull or Jubilee/Shemitah event coming very soon, uber wealthy know it's imminent and have been draining cheap gold and silver from commodity exchange and vault inventories at unprecedented rates. Fiatcucks and cryptokeks about to NGMI if they don't get some PMs quick, top off your stacks, pantries and gas tanks ASAP and good luck out there frens.

They don't need to transfer funds for that, they need accounting inspectors.

Even if there is a conspiracy in finance related to money and metals, you loons have completely lost the plot. So much this. I've only been lurking on /pmg/ since March, and even I can tell when outside forces are attacking our frenly general. It's obvious, and it usually happens during dips. It's funny, a lot of the time they give themselves away with the file names of their pics, sometimes in hebrew, or named 4channel profile or some other stupid shit. They aren't sending their best.

There's a very real reason to keep your fiat receipt.
If/when you go to sell a large quantity of PMs, you'll be paying a gains tax on any profit. If you can't prove you bough the stuff, the whole sale will be considered gains. If you have the receipts, you'll pay tax only on the difference.
If you say fuck-all to being a citizen and not pay taxes, *then* you can destroy your receipts. Until you destroy the receipts, you'll retain the option.

Yeah they're nice and chonky, reminds me of these old coins from the 70's and 80's. Used to be my favorite coin as a kid, and they're made of 92% copper so have some small value. There was apparently also a .925 silver version, but it must be extremely rare because I've never seen one, ever. Uh yeah I just checked, they were only minted in the hundreds!

That's a lot of effort for such a reasonable post. I think I am right over the money.

Banking is a fraud that is predicated on the notion that ever increasing growth rates in the money supply, paired with a legal system that defends property rights is a surefire plan to transfer all wealth into the hands of the owning class. The entire west has been gutted by the banking system and all that exists now are the over-leveraged bubbles that we use to pretend we have wealth. As if these things such as stocks, bonds, and real estate all can't deflate and lose 80% over their value if the banks stop extending credit into the economy.
It's a fraud, and Schlomos little screed here is an attempt for you to get complacent in the normalcy bias. Economic systems have lifespans that last several human generations. So no one alive is truly aware of what is happening unless they know it academically. If the government and banks can make us wealthier by spending money then we wouldn't be in this state of precarity.

How about coin bars like this? Well this one doesn't have a serial number, I guess. I bought just one because the price was really good. Also it has a boat!
Otherwise normal bars without a face value aren't worth buying if you're in the EU, because you'll pay VAT on the full amount of the sale, instead of just the dealer's margin part.

yes. indeed. "high" or higher prices on anything (like PMs) don't mean much to me on its own.
i look at it as possibly just a sign of the downward spiral of USD losing its value compared to tangible assets, goods, and services

Central banks, the elite financial insiders, are buying gold like maniacs. That is enough evidence for me that the end of the global fiat orgy is at hand. They would probably be stacking silver as well, if it didn't take up too much space.

PMs are long term plays. We don't worry about short term fluctuations in manipulated markets. We look at monetary fundamentals - the most fundamental of all fundamentals. And the fundamentals say that the fiat fraud is coming to an end. Can't say exactly when. If you need to know exactly when and sweat about every chart blip, then PMs are not for you.

I am not selling until the bond bubble collapses. Exponential functions ALL go asymptotic when graphed on a long enough timeline. These last few years have shown us that the government and banks are literally looking for any old excuse to spend billions of dollars.
It seems prudent to want to sell at that historical price as silver always bounces off of it. But that only works when the banks are healthy enough to manipulate it lower. We stand today with 10%+ inflation and $40+ trillion bond market that is hemorrhaging money every single day. To put this into perspective, 10% of $40t is $4t. That is 20% of our economy just evaporating every year. That is no small potatoes, as we are all effectively getting poorer. And this process COMPELS the banks to keep printing. It COMPELS the government to keep spending. It literally can't stop until physical reality all around us forces it to stop. And that is when the game of musical chairs begins.

>> No.51141223

Don't be fooled, anon. A 80-90% loss will wipe out everyone, no matter how rich you are. It's much different than making a 80-90% gain as it depends much more on how much you started with. Make sense?
The end game of all of this money printing, government spending, budget deficits etc is that we all end up poorer. In no world will we ever just make some accounting move, carry the 1, or whatever and everything will be fine.
All of this debt sits on balance sheets which have been ballooning. And eventually those will all be written off as losses. And when push comes to shove, people are going to be scrambling to quality assets to avoid the hot potato of bad debts and toxic paper.
If you don't understand that then by all means, go sell your silver and buy some BTC.

this is a count of how many cans i put in a bag and stacked up against a government building tonight

great news /pmg/ - people seem to have noticed, and today, there were two places where people had put into bags their cans and then the bags near to where im piling up cans. i think its almost time to do plastics
the next thing would be to do paper/cardboard when my paper recycling tubes are full. ill just take all of it on my way (the packaging outside) and dump it at the paper recycling area

im now removing cans faster than they can be put down and ill take them all away in one swoop soon i hope

these could be 50 x 2 or 100 x 2 though.
i have about 200 more set aside to fill up one can with, for an efficient box of metals ill make as heavy as i can
i have some (also) to put into each can before i crush it so that it goes into a box ill scrap, just to increase each cans weight by 3x ring-pulls

but they can quickly disappear into the normal boxes to add weight as fast as they come in, out-side of these i have set aside to be weights

i think that when i first started collecting these, there was a drought. the economic reasons worldwide right now, are helping with the problems it has created. but i think this is closer to what is a normal haul than 13-15 of them per day
at one point, this one person had started dropping a can somewhere but pulling off their tabs, just out of spite i think. lol! someone (else) also stole a bin from a place because i filled it with the metal cans i had found (an entire bin)

Anon it's not about the money that they care about, the government literally prints "money" by the millions every minute
It's the fact that owning stolen property of the state, even if you were given it by totally legal means will absolutely fuck you in the ass. They only care about the fact it's stolen, it hurts the sovereignity of the state. They once went after an actual KING for owning a stolen 1933 double eagle, they see nobody as too big to take down.
You have no clue how unbelievably petty the state is when they want something from you.

They WILL fuck you. They WILL break the rules. If there are not rules to break, they WILL make new ones just to fuck with you. They WILL be dishonest. They WILL be unfair. Everybody that should help you WON'T. Everybody that can hurt you WILL.
The only way to win with matters of the state is to never get involved with them to begin with.
If you get involved, you already lost. The best thing to do is lose graciously, that they might be too disinterested to torment you.

Don't get me wrong, I can't stand your retardation shitting up the general but there's very few people I hate to the extent I can get them sent to federal prison with a clean conscience.

Just offer gay handjobs on Grindr or craigslist for cash if you're that broke, geez. Start at $10 and work your way up the better you get.

they cant fuck me for ruining their day. if im stacking cans up at a government building (here its the council) then - while im not doing anything wrong, and it will annoy them - they will notice, and have to do something. but they cant do that
and they are already storing cans there. i should have mentioned so that it helps with getting across my meaning, but its near to a recycling bin. im doing it where others might put theirs (there was at minimum one can added today to the pile, not by me). i would trade their older (and more dry, better) cans for mine, because then they have space for it. and i would do better with those cans, they will understand
i really dont care about money, at all, but its important NOT to do it for free, or to get something out of it (remember the government also stores and recycles cans, for free)

i have also started to remember that i should be more greedy. im always too honest and charitable, and can still be so, but to not always break even or hinder my own progress any more. i think by doing this, more people are more likely to accept what i have to offer and to trust me more

Yeah. I think we'd really need some science-fiction level breakthrough in energy/materials technology to even have a chance. Possible soon? Maybe. Predictable or even somewhat likely? Not at all.
That's not to mention that the process of de-globalization, far higher cost of capital, and the collapse of many countries' monetary systems is likely to put a massive damper on any such attempts in the near term.
Ultimately, I think it's more likely that a golden asteroid smashes into earth than the alternative in our lifetimes.

I'd imagine since the utility far surpasses the metal content a premium for gold on a simcard is like 1000% spot price or something for like a cheap $20
then again the gold premium for a gold coated brand new CPU would probably be more than that considering a new CPU is like a few hundred bucks
you could get a 1 goldback for 70% over spot and that 1/1000 of a troy ounce would probably be like 50 times more gold in it than a typical sim card
which reminds me, I found a video that estimates the average amount of gold that was in around 100 sim cards a guy melted down

huh, cool, so about a similar or slightly lower value as a pre-1982 copper penny, who would've thunk
I guess if you don't have any pre-1982 pennies to barter with sim cards can stand in for that kind of transaction
and also a sim card would be around 0.000015 troy ounces, so a 1 goldback would have around 66 times more gold in it than a sim card, give or take

Sunshine Mint (SMI) rounds fits this niche. They're generally a bit cheaper or the same price as a Britannia or Maple, and just as if not more secure. Their SMI tech goes back much farther in date than the recent security enhancements of the Brits and Maples.

Fiat paper has nothing to do with it. The meme 'In God We Trust' already exists in the general consciousness and has it's place carved out in the human pysche. Replacing the word "God" with "Rocks" is hijacking that meme and putting silver/gold in the place of God (withing the context of that already predefined meme). If it was an entirely new phrase it wouldn't be an issue, but that's clearly not the intent nor the reality of replacing it on a round.
