The stock market is crashing, but in a controlled demolition.
It's horrible to realize that the corporate media knows this and yet will lie to its audience all the way down until those normalfags have seen their 401k's dwindle to 50% of their value, never to break even in their lifetimes.
But, oh, the media will then run happy stories about the amazing recovery as its political and financial masters happily slurp up the wealth at a discount.
Everyone will be too poor to afford the rope to pay them what they deserve.

>We are at the start of a bull run. Here is why:
>High inflation really is transitory
>Consumer confidence will rebound
>A recession is unlikely
>Covid is on the run
>Investor sentiment hit a bottom
>So in conclusion buy stocks that I own Google, Meta, Amazon, JP Morgan and Nike
Imagine writing this trying not to laugh at the idiots that will take it seriously.

do they. The goal is still 3.4 until eoy and then a re-assessment. They are going to realize that you cant fight inflation on the demand. Now is the time to accumulate, selling into the real rally Q1 23

Nothing i read ever discusses a pivot. It's not even a term i've heard outside of youtubers.

Post-crash headlines will be downright surreal in how much they put a smiley face on the economic ruin for ordinary people.
>Labor shortage finally improving as retired Boomers return to work.
>See how these former white collar young professionals are using their free time to do volunteer work for non-profits, community groups.

Fed literally can't afford to substantially raise rates, they're hoping to talk inflation down not actually raise rates too much. Inflation has also peaked so chances are we don't see any more higher rate increases - just a few .75s or maybe even .50s. That alone might give assets breathing room but if not things won't get much worse.

When volcker was appointed, there had been 10% average inflation for already 6 years in a row. Jpow mentioned he didn't want to repeat that mistake yesterday and wanted to control it up front.
We're already in a situation where home prices tripled because of near zero rates. now they're at 20 year highs and any more hikes will definitely bust the market.
They're going to hike another 75 and crush it

if the fed does not pivot, countries with dollar denominated debt will have its debt become more expensive due to higher rates and dollar scarcity, and they will have to do budget cuts she print more money to be able to serve their debt creating a hyperinflationary environment and forcing them to drop their dollar denominated currency

in other words, if the fed does not pivot, they will cause the dollar to lose its reserve currency status faster than if they continue to tighten

in other words, read the dollar milkshake theory

in other words, the fed is all show, all talk, they will not follow through, and if they do they'll kill the dollar
