While picking up the end of month dues from my rentoid, he said he was going to spend what was left from the rent cheque on "Dynamic DCA'ing into Ethereum at these low ranges".
I figured if this little retard knew anything about finance and investing, he'd own property instead of needing to rent it from me.

So I did what any self-respecting individual would do when getting "a buy signal" from someone who thinks nendroids and squishmallows count as housing decor, and set up an account on the first platform I found that offered futures trading.
You know what's better than getting rent? Using that rent on leverage to get double rent.
