They've had a literal decade to fix their interface and it's still a fucking mess. Zoomers pretended to like it ironically for most of that decade but got bored and left years ago.
They've had a decade to sell ads and they can't figure out how. The notable exception being the huge ad campaign they had for their startup chinese competitor who has now 10Xed them.
On the bullish case, word is they might drop their weird fixation with developing hardware that nobody wants and presumably they might fire most of the company at some point.
