new investor after watching charts for literal years without actually investing. so while i understand finance and economics pretty well, i actually have very little experience trading. but i'm fixing that now with a self directed investment account at TD that im dipping my toes into

so im looking to buy a stock i like, but i'm a bit confused. when i search for the company it actually shows up twice... once as US and once as Canadian. so im just hoping one of you guys can explain if theres actually a difference between the two other than currency pricing
