I can't say for sure but the next run up will not be due to speculation, but rather from actual adoption, actual usage, actual utility. Previous bullruns are mostly built on risk-heavy speculation/investment. It was hella risky but obviously paid off. It feels a lot like the internet, people see the usefulness of the concept, they like using it, but right now uses are fairly limited-but development continues.
