I've been telling XMR baggies for 3 months now that if their liquidity is targeted their coin will implode in price and become an old boys club trading shit between the small amount of them that still have faith in it.

Atomic swaps cannot be stopped if it captures enough liquidity. CEXs on the other hand can be targeted. They will ban operations in the US if they offer it. Probably just use a VPN to get around it or use Kucoin but it shows CEXs aren't long term viable solutions in the face of growing government power and authoritarianism.
