I think Ark has a serious whale problem. More so than maybe any other coin with a half billion+ market cap. And I could be wrong in this but for it to be so completely dominated and manipulated I think it has to be the devs. Mikes comment that they don’t want the price to rise too quickly backs it up. And they spread funds around to prop up new delegates so it’s not a huge stretch.

It's because the ARK team doesn't artificially inflate volume to get on exchanges

ARK wouldn't get on any exchanges today because they don't hold 50% of the coins int he devs which they can wash trade in
