Mine is 132 and I think avax is cool but it gets absolutely mogged to ashes by ICP.
Here's why:
* ICP smart contracts can do HTTP requests.
* ICP's threshold ECDSA signatures allow it to swallow up half of the crypto space and render the other half irrelevant.
* It's literally the only project capable of competing with centralized technology infrastructure and services, other projects are critically dependent on such infrastructure.

Mine is only 115 but I will say that the mogging you speak of comes at the expense of physical infrastructure. ICP will literally have physical server farms that can be shut down by any number of government agencies. Whereas AVAX is true to the nature of crypto and is validated by neckbeards with gaming PCs.

Subnets also have the capacity to swallow up half of crypto. But this can be done in a manner that actually increases decentralization instead of compromising on it.

I get that ICP is making a compromise on decentralization, I don't see this as bad. These data centers will be all across the globe so I don't think this or that government will have any power on the overall network. At the end of the day it's better than having 70% of your nodes in the hands of AWS and Azure, both of which respond to a single government. As a side point there is a path to progressively higher decentralization, it's just too big a project for it to happen in a night.
