Bullchads have IQs of 50-80 or 130+ and therefore either buy in reaction to bullish news OR if high IQ they will price things in years in advance. This is why we see the current fed peak rate and rate cuts already priced in by bullchads, and also why the lower IQ bulls will pump things on the day of the event even if it was known about for months.
