Word of advice to all, try not to use Bittrex for your Ripple (hell anything anymore for that matter), whenever something goes up in even a minutely significant way, they "routine maintenance" your wallet. Trades possible, but withdrawals no.

Emailed them to ask why that is, and got the expected cut and paste reply.
