Because its easy. I spent a couple months practicing with bootleg Adobe software when I was in highschool and got pretty good at InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Learn about SEO and things like that online via YouTube and you are set. Its comical that people are going into diploma and degree programs for this. I do more marketing and graphic design stuff for my work than I do engineering at this point.

Why would you want to do that? When they're in profit you won't see a penny of it and when they're out of profit you'll get fired instantly. Just go work for a tech company one step under fagman. Great benefits, great pay, typically industries that are recession proof.

Something visually unique and modern, coinbase is a good example, it's rather simple but fucking striking. How much you can make with less, that would be impressive. But if it's better than the candidates I'm looking at right now it would also be nice.

First things first, you need to realize that everyone who works in crypto is retarded, maybe the top people working at aave for example are geniuses but literally everyone else is an idiot. We've been working with a dex on a pretty cool L1 and they are just complete clowns, garage project tier but have millions more funding than we do. Yes you get paid in FIAT we're a real company.

Ask for someone with experience in corporate design or something if you like Coinbase style and want similar. "Good design" is very subjective and a bit of a red flag, millions of jeets and roasties think they are good designers because they can copy the latest trend. I’ve been in the space since 2017 been doing art/graffiti for like 10 years so have a strong understanding of letter structure/color theory but my current job seems more like a safe bet career trajectory wise as an IT analyst for a big consulting company.
