One interesting theory is that they are the Okex wallet owners and are hiding their shorts this way.
Their visible direct short on Binance, Huobi and a third platform should add up to the 1.5 million token range after they were forced to buy back 400k.
That's less than I would expect for the amount of fud and shitting up they do here, even if Celsius is paying for some of it.

Celsius is responsible for a majority of the current selling pressure by adding virtual liquidity to the market taken from their customers who will own nothing.
