Have any of you goober ever lied about being trans to get hired as a diversity hire? I've applied to hundreds of tech jobs over the past 6 months with no luck, but I get the feeling that if I was a tranny freak I'd instantly be given more interviews. Should I try it? What is the process like, do I have to use my real name or can I use my fag name on applications?

I don't get it, how are they going to know that you're 'trans'

even if you put pronouns on your resume they will assume you aren't unless you really look like a freak.

if you're talking about dressing like a woman to get a job there are more lucrative things you could do at that point of humiliation lmao

It works.
It takes proper linkedin to display values.
Change background, join the LGBTBBQ groups.
Talk about DEI, and how you help change it in the workplace.
Then go, apply but ironically you'd find the HR/DEI jobs are easier then a tech DEI hire.
Also depends on the city you're in.

pronouns on resume, on linkedin, your whole pro image that you love cock.

You have to use some fag name like Aiden, Jayden, Tristan, etc.
