Not entirely true for speculative assets are wildly based on.. speculation. I will say though, that having utility helps tremendously in the long term. Most speculative assets without at least a demonstration of utility die off spectacularily in short order. Look at tulip mania, dotcom bubble etc.

BSV is essentially Amazon of the DotCom bubble. Bright future.
