Reminder that central banks all over the world treat inflation the way they do under the assumption that the Phillips Curve is true in the long term despite the fact stagflation in the 70s effectively disproved it and it is the reason we have such high inflation and low economic growth right now

Also girl teens are the biggest "simps" to celebrities. They just buy merchandise, makeup, etc instead of nudes

Data from 3,000 people showed only around 1% demonstrate obsessional tendencies. Around 10% (who tend to be neurotic, tense, emotional and moody) displayed intense interest in celebrities. Around 14% said they would make a special effort to read about their favorite celebrity and to socialize with people who shared their interest. The other 75% of the population do not take any interest in celebrities' lives. Generally, the vast majority of people will identify a favorite celebrity, but don't say they read about them or think about them all the time. Like most things, its fine as long as it doesn't take over your life."

If she says no, fuck, move on. Plenty of other girls. Easy. All depends on how you act. Act like a wimp, then yeah you won't get shat. >a big recession over inflation the fed cant stop

This mumu cope is gonna get you wrecked. The recession IS how the Fed stops inflation. Recession and high unemployment is and always was the intention.

You are one billion percent wrong if you think they can't crush inflation for a couple years by doing this. They do not have to get fed funds even with CPI, the leverage in the system unwinding means even a modest rate rise will inflict a comparable slowdown to what Volcker did. All signs are that they are trying to take us into a 2008-ish level decline to crush demand. We are not "there yet".

Of course, I hear the rebuttal: that sort of thing means the politicians will have to fire the printers back up for stimmies and covering the deficits, and then inflation just comes back with a vengeance unless they do meaningful austerity. Sure, fine, but that is later and for now we are pretending we can afford a recession to re-assure the jittery bond holders that we'll stop inflation and pay them positive real rates. Which we can't afford to do, but we're gonna keep those bond-bull frogs in the pot as long as we can.

Do all foreclosed properties have additional debt that needs to be paid off? Is it feasible to talk to a debt consolidator or talk down the debt from the lien issuer?

The stock price takes the dividend payments into account so essentially it's a form of forced selling which is taxable. Without the dividend you'd have the same amount of money except there wouldn't be any taxes to pay. Buy >muh recession. When a recession hits dividends are reduced. Also if you find a stock with a large dividend percentage it's almost always because the stock used to be really high and has since fallen meaning you're buying a falling knife. I was wondering, how do people actually DCA?
It sounds good on paper, but very hard to actually do.
If the s&p is $3800 or $4000, can you actually do that much of a difference when buying? Obviously if you have millions to invest every day, but aren't you likely to just buy the same amount of stocks every time instead of buying for the same amount of money?
What do you do when the stock is simply too expensive? I don't have access to fractional shares.

It is honestly for different types of people and changes depending on how the taxes are. Having dividends is fine, you never actually have to sell your stocks that way and you actively build up an income.
Once you reach a critical mass, you would probably prefer to not have any dividends at all as they are getting taxed and you reinvest it regardless.
I keep a mix of dividend paying stocks and pure growth stocks because one day, I would love to have a dividend income big enough to cover my expenses so 100% of my paycheck can go into pure growth.
Solely investing after the dividends is dumb, if a company pays $5 per dividend, but the earning per share is $3, the company will not be able to do this for long.
