Wrong.
It's doing the same thing now that it did when it lost 40k in late April.
The longer it hovers around this 19-21k level, the more likely it'll tank again. Probably 9-12k will be it's next level.
Then it will get incinerated and drop below 1k.
At that point it will be declared dead.
