It’s been 14 years. There has been enormous hype and visibility for Bitcoin. Billions of venture dollars thrown in. Valuation at trillions of dollars.

If Bitcoin was going to work as a payments product, it’s hard to see how 14 years and enormous incentives wouldn’t have gotten it there.

There will be no mass adoption.
There will be no third "to the moon".
