Buy house at insane frothiness during a FED induced tsunami of liquidity.
Smalles deposit possible (highest loan still outstanding)
Stays majority in crypto.

Crypto crashed from 3T to 900bn
FED increases interest rates from low to extremely high in relations to how much debt people need to take on to buy a house.
Housing market dries up, crashing the market.
Getting sQuoZed from all angles

Stops by - "hello, how's life and that staying in crypto plan working out for you"
>mantle movement intensifies ...

Yeah that's quite a likely scenario, I just hope for his sake he didn't end up hodling the bags too long, pretty sure he was going on about some altcoins too so who knows what he had.

He was actually upset that he had to cash out some extra ETH at the time for the deposit size I requested, hopefully he thanks me for that at least.
