Why does it seem like Bitcoin only becomes popular for very brief moments, and then people stop caring about it and lose interest for most of the time

Dont try tell me its a new thing, this sudden burst of interest, then complete loss of interest, its been happening since inception of bitcoin, its not new.

Why the fuck does it keep cycling like this? Will it ever stop being this way?
