Expert TA here. Probably up. Peepeepoopoo signal hasn't flashed yet so it's more waiting until then for confirmation. I'm expecting 25k if the pump is decent. 22k rejection worst case scenario. Not longing yet though. Still waiting on something. Closing a weekly above ~22k would be bullish (200w ma).
