No one is really trading any more. The baggies are bagging, the normies aren't getting in.

As long as Powell doesn't announce something big, or some major BTC holder liquidate, longs and shorts are the only ones playing and the exchanges are eating them up by just manipulating the price back to 20k over and over for almost no investment. This is a very cheap very profitable game to play for exchanges. Once the long and short volume dries up and the exchanges can't profit from that way any more, then there will be some real price movement again.

Probably up, as the exchanges use some of their dollar reserves to do some proper upward momentum ignition to get the normies back in. This will be an expensive gamble for the exchanges.
