That's gay bullshit office jobs. Blue collar interviews they basically just ask about your experience and tell you what kind of stuff you would be expected to do on the job and if you're OK with it, then ask how you plan on commuting depending on the address on your cv and finally ask if you have any questions and offer you a coffee. Also it's never a roastie doing the interview always a bald boomer with a beer belly from my experience.

Oh and if they sense you're a faggot they let you know everyone on the team is friendly but there's a bit of banter. Being told that is a clear sign the boomer sensed you're a weak little bitch and a warning that there's no HR for you to cry to.
