When I got hired by a quant firm I wasn't expecting to do retarded shilling like this. Maybe some behavioural economics models, but nothing like this. I still make good money, about 6K pre taxes. It's a very mentally draining thing to do 40 hrs a week.

Why quit if you know the next 10x ahead of time? That's how you should quit, by mimicing their trades. I'm about to quit my job today (resignation is all drafted) and I'd love to be in your position.
