I hate rentiods so much its unreal, if you are under 25-28 and stll renting, I get it, its really hard to save, but if you are almost 30 and still renting you are a failed adult, you are a child and require someone else who has their shit together to provide you with a place you can afford to stay.
rentiods should not have rights, and they should not be allowed to vote.

Zoning regs, immigration policies, and building codes have resulted in a big dumb shortage of housing supply, do you expect the people who own the assets to take less money on purpose? When their property taxes are assessed based on how much all the other landlords charge for rent? The system rewards them for these prices and punishes them if they don't follow the trend.
