Realistically it wouldn't be pretty. Millions of people would be dying in the streets out searching for food. Wildlife would quickly be hunted into extinction after which people would turn to cannibalism. People who steal food would be arrested and executed. Only rich people would be able to survive. The government would be begging for some sort of foreign assistance. People who fantasize about SHFT situations are delusional since they would probably die pretty fast
