It's already starting to. I keep an eye on my area (commercial/residential); and most have put in serious price reductions in the last week.

Not me but an expert site which is mostly west coast:

It always does. Remember that when the bubble bursts, it mostly takes out what the bubble created. If you had bought a home in 2015, and still own it, post-crash you will notice little difference between then and now. Meanwhile, everyone who played the debt-for-real-estate game will either sink or swim based on their cashflow

Christ new gpus are still gonna be retardedly expensive and they're gonna need 600W alone. I don't even know if I should wait knowing that the next gen is gonna eat up my power bill.

I'm waiting after the initial release of the dumb extra power hungry cards and get myself a 4060 Ti which will probably come 4 months later. Hopefully won't be too much over my 1070 Ti's power draw

You're gonna be sorely disappointed. There's going to be a new psu standard (atx 3.0) because new gpus are gonna be so power hungry.

Variable interest rates borrowers are getting raped by increased rates.
Many are unable to make payments at the new rates.
Flurry or foreclosures is already happening.
And if the bonds pay enough
ROI from bonds > ROI from rent

High interest rates means that many won't be able to get a loan for a new house.

So depressed demand + foreclosures + not a good ROI = black rock & co. that bought massive amounts of homes will begin dumping their house portfolio and buy the bottom of the stock market= house price crash
