Is it good that Indians have taken over the hotel industry?

I need to travel this summer for work and need to book my own motels. Whenever I call a hotel and a white answers, they just hang up the phone and don't want to deal with anyone. They're lazy.
But whenever an Indian answers, they are courteous and eager to get your business.
White workers in the service industry are shit. Indians, meanwhile, have humble and servile personalities that come from their culture.
