Wakey wakey, wagie. Time to work and don't be late or else.

What happens if you roll in at 17:45?

We have devolved into a situation in which wagies are literally owned. How can this possibly be legal? How can your boss just decide you have to work more than the original agreed upon time

>arrive at 23.50pm
>work for only 10 minutes
>the day ends, so the time penalty automatically resets to zero
>collect a monthly paycheck working 10 minutes per work day
Employers hate this one simple trick!

Oh, look, a single piece of white paper taped to something, with literally no other information or context. Surely I should just accept that this is someone's reality now and not fake news.

I dread Sunday evenings. I will never be made for office style roles even though I work one. It's so un-natural.

There's no way this is real, but could you imagine.

yes this is a thing
definitely not made up by some redditor who has never worked a single day in his life (thus he has no idea how absurd it is)

man i hated working unskilled blue collar jobs so much. i was rarely late but i still fucking hated the idea of being docked points for shit out of my control like traffic jams or accidents.

My boomer boss got triggered when I didn't arrive 10 minutes prior to opening despite being an IT guy who doesn't even have any real reason to be there. He actually started to dock my pay by the minutes I arrived "late" even though I wasn't allowed to leave a second before 5PM. They don't give a shit, it's not like the wagie being paid peanuts is going to hire a lawyer to do anything about it.

>> No.49560545

>>49560458
as an example, i used to work in a factory in pennsylvania. in really bad snow storms a state of emergency would be declared and state police would pull over and ticket anyone on the roads and demand they go home. we would still be docked points for not showing up to work, despite it being illegal.

You don't have to get a lawyer. Calling the labor broad is free. It's paid for by taxes.

It's been 5 years since I actually worked there and truth be told, sitting in an office doing nothing except collecting a meager paycheck from some decrepit old faggot is better than working fast food or some other part time gig during college. But I wish I had done something like that as one last middle finger.

I don't really need to keep a job cuz I still live at home so I love pissing off my boomer boss and managers. No idea why they haven't fired me yet because I don't take any of their shit. Maybe they secretly respect me or something idk.

This is literally the mission of the corporate elite, as long as you work for them you will be THEIR property.

This is why they need the middle class to be gone.

Staffing is a bigger problem than lots of managers like to admit. It's a real problem hiring and keeping people. Inability to fill roles is commonly blamed on management.
