I’m a heavy equipment operator, it’s pretty easy and pays great. I’m mechanically inclined but you can just call 1/30 mechanics if you have a problem, I’m not a pussy so I tinker with stuff but the union says you don’t have to do anything that isn’t driving, pressing buttons, or pulling leavers.

Not bait but i did go a bit over the top. I do work in recruitment, i HATE it, i never hit my targets. No one suitable ever sticks out the interview process. I've literally had to tell people not to smoke weed before a selection committe to calm their nerves, because we have to hire locally its a nightmare. No one wants to work. Honestly, depending on the specific job it can be harder on the body than you think or very high stress. I used to operate a crane moving stone slabs, a-frames etc. One day a slab broke free (literally stone crumbled) fault of the guy walking in the fall location and operator hoisting a bit too high- killed the dude. I wasn't operating at that moment but quit shortly after and did a side step into a related field that is lower takes.

Only complaint I've heard from the guys running bulldozers is the vibration taking a toll on their back and wrists, but they were running shitty older machines so this can be a thing of the past. Other chill, lower stake jobs I've considered were... land surveyor and home inspector. Both do need certs, especially the home inspection job (I think 2-3 years). But it's a clean, relatively safe job where as long as you are insured you don't have much to worry about. Make a good website offering quick inspections, book 2 per day at $400-$800 and just drive around with your tools and check shit.

It's hard to escape the charged atmosphere/human emotion that comes with those situations. Beyond that, you are dealing with simultaneous financial decisions, not just life and death, people get really worked up when they are convincing themselves that 2k life saving treatment isnt worth spending and the animal gets put down. The whole thing is shitty, which is why I try to tell everyone with new pets to get insurance and not have to make those choices. I get 90% coverage and my dog happened to be an absolute mess health wise, we are up to 70k or more in treatment for him (sounds like a lot, but chemo and one major surgery add up quick, hes not suffering btw I'm not holding on here).

Because you basically are. It means that you've given up on reaching any hierarchy top, but that you're happy with just being mediocre. Women can easily choose to do that because men don't choose them for their career, but for their youth and their signs of fertility. Men however need to prove that they are worth something in order to be attractive for females, and pursuing a challenging job or career is something popular to do this. So going for a "womenly" job simply means that you're out of this game, that you don't want to play it. It's fine, but probably a bit against nature.
