Any decent side hustles out there? It doesn’t necessarily have to be something that makes a lot of money, just some extra income while the market finally stops being so fucking retarded would be a good place to start.

I don't think small spaces would do good, you need to sell a lot of the same stuff to meet the market's demand.

Dude, if you have 300$ to invest. I strongly advise you to give Step'N a try. If it's true that you can run the app several kilometers a day, with a few good dollars you can buy a good pair of shoes that can give you up to $30 a day if you usually walk a lot.

Paint homes. Even better if they have metal roofs. I repainted metal roofs on my own for 4 years until I got a comfier, better paying job. At the time, I was charging 7-8k to repaint roofs on a standard 1100 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath home since changing out the roof back them was 15k. Paint cost me around 1500, but the rest was pure profit. Being that I didnt have much supplies, the first home I asked half upfront to buy the paint, a graco airless paint sprayer for home depot and some ladders and planks. From then on, it was easy money since there's not much finesse to painting roofs, no multiple colors or having to mask/tape off areas. Also its not easily accessible, homeowners cant really look at it up close and just end up seeing how it looked from the driveway/street. Roofs in worse shape it spot treat the rust, prime then paint and charge 1-2k more. In the beginning, it would take me 3-5 days to clean, prep, prime and paint, but after figuring out a system, I got it down to 2 days (sat & sun). Pressure wash sat morning and start prepping or spot treating rust after lunch. Show up super early (5-6am) sunday morning to finish preping and by 8am, Im spraying the prime coat. By 11am its dry and Im shooting the first coat finish paint. After lunch Im spraying the 2nd coat and done. No less than 5-6 grand for working two days. Id take 2-3 homes a month, depending on how I feel, but since it wasnt my fulltime gig, I got to pick and choose the easy jobs. At one point I even hired a guy 150 a day to do the pressure wash and rust treating and prep, and all i had to do was pick up the paint and spray it on Sunday. Trust me, once you figure it out and get that first one under your belt (take your time at it) its easy money

Here’s a good one. Germinate avocado seeds (buy from cafe or if you eat avocado keep the seeds) and once they’re big enough graft them. Probably costs about $3 per unit by the time you pay for the pot, soil and seed and they sell WHOLESALE $50. Retail they sell probably around $70.

>>49423502
Thats on the low side too. Other paint contractors charge up to 10k. Its because having acontractor change out your roof back then was 15-20k. Instead, homeowners rather pay 8k to do a little rust abatement and new coat of paint, especially if the roof paint is severly faded (over 10 years old) with rust spots stains. Basically you cant tell the difference between new metal roof from a fresh coat of paint

Ebay seems to have garbage profitability to me the fees are just utterly insane and unlike Amazon it doesn't handle shipping or amything. I contemplated selling some stuff there and when all was said and done they wanted like 40% of the money.

it's just a boomer fantasy scheme like when they tell you to "just be a youtube influencer" not knowing that 100k subs is basically winning the lottery and not a reliable life plan. they get these weird ideas about how they think it would be so easy to make money only they've never tried any of this shit and its just a way to hand wave younger generations being broke.
